Degree in Camera and Lighting.
The main objective of the degree is the professional training of future film, tv, and any audiovisual production cinematographers and cameramen. These two professional specializations are very thechnicals. Both must have some solid knowledge in photography, optics, colour...The handling of big and sofisticated lighting equipments, professional cameras of various formats, light meters, electronic devices that makes this professionals to be technicaly very highly qualified.
But above, they have to have enough artistic talent to reproduce with lights and shadows the right stetic for each production.
As it happens in the rest fo the courses, the rotation of the shooting practices make the students to be relationed with other professions that can make it easier for them to get into the professional world.
This professions require a high tecnical training that allows to obtain a good result from the sofisticated equipments that any "broadcast " production needs, and also an artistic sensibility to create images that are visually atractive.
